1. Development of moulds
     We have more than 300 sets of moulds and a well-experienced mould development team with superior technology. The mould from
     development to production is within 15 days.

2. Quantity of equipment
     We have three sets of rubber mixing equipment and 20 rubber vulcanizing machines, and we can independently produce 450 tons of rubber
     products per month.

3. Proportioning process
     We have technical engineers with more than 20 years of rubber mixing experience responsible for the Proportioning process. We
     use a scientific and reasonable formula to precisely control the content of natural rubber to ensure the stability of the products
     quality.

4. Rubber mixing
     We have workers who have many years of rubber mixing experience to operate it to ensure the chemicals are uniform and rubber
     products stable.

5. Vulcanization technology
     We use timers to accurately control the vulcanization time of rubber to ensure that the products are fully vulcanized so that the
     finished products have more toughness and compressive strength. Adequate vulcanization time is the guarantee for a smooth
     and beautiful product surface.
     We adopt digital management, which can better control the production delivery date and product quality.
